Refund policy

GOODS RETURNS POLICY

Towbars Australia provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all goods and services.

Should any goods and/or services Towbars Australia supplies be found to be defective, not as described or unsuitable for the intended application we will happily provide a full refund. 

If a refund is requested due to the customer changing their mind for any reason whatsoever, the following terms and conditions apply: 

Goods returned within 1 month from date of dispatch:  Credit and refund applicable.  No credit is given on delivery of freight i.e. cost of freight for delivery and return of goods.  A 10% handling fee will be charged and this amount deducted from the refund amount.

Goods returned within 2 months from date of dispatch:  Credit and refund applicable.  No credit is given on delivery of freight i.e. cost of freight for delivery and return of goods.  A 20% handling fee will be charged and this amount deducted from the refund amount.

Goods returned within 3 months from date of dispatch:  Credit and refund applicable.  No credit is given on delivery of freight i.e. cost of freight for delivery and return fo goods.  A 40% handling fee will be charged and this amount deducted from the refund amount.

Goods returned after 3 months:  No refund payable.

UNCOLLECTED GOODS POLICY

If goods are ordered but not collected the deposit paid will be refunded less a handling fee as follows:

Advised within 1 month of the date of order that the order is not required a handling fee of 10% of the deposit paid will be deducted from the refund.

Advised within 2 months of the date of order that the order is not required a handling fee of 20% of the deposit paid will be deducted from the refund.

Advised within 3 months of the date of order that the order is not required a handling fee of 40% of the deposit paid will be deducted from the refund.

Advised after 3 months of the date of the order that the order is not required - No refund of deposit payable.
