Towbars Australia delivers Australia wide to private residential addresses, workshops, dealerships and other places of business using reliable carriers such as Aramex, Allied, Fastway, Hunter Express, TNT Freight, Toll Ipec Couriers Please and Australia Post.
Towbars Australia cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.
98% of all orders are shipped within 48 business hours after payment and processing.
Expected shipping time to the East Coast of Australia - 2 to 7 business days
Expected shipping time to the West Coast of Australia - 5 to 12 business days
Expected shipping time to the Northern Territory & Tasmania - 5 to 12 business days
On the despatch of your goods the freight company website link and allocated consignment number will be sent to the email address provided during the order process. The consignment number is your tracking number to be used to track your goods online. It may take up to 48 business hours from despatch of your goods for all delivery details to be updated in the online tracking system.

Occassionally due to the size and weight of some kits collection from your local freight depot may be required.
Towbars Australia guarantees you will receive your purchase however delays in delivery outside of our control can sometimes occur. Should any delay in transit be experienced we promise to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and with the least inconvenience to you.
GOODS RETURNS POLICY
Towbars Australia provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all goods and services.
Should any goods and/or services Towbars Australia supplies be found to be defective, not as described or unsuitable for the intended application we will happily provide a full refund.
If a refund is requested due to the customer changing their mind for any reason whatsoever, the following terms and conditions apply:
Goods returned within 1 month from date of despatch: Credit and refund appliable. No credit given on delivery of freight i.e. cost of freight for delivery and return of goods. A 10% handling fee will be charged and this amount deducted from the refund amount.
Goods returned within 2 months from date of despatch: Credit and refund applicable. No credit given on delivery of freight i.e. cost of freight for delivery and return of goods. A 20% handling fee will be charged and this amount deducted from the refund amount.
Goods returned within 3 months from date of despatch: Credit and refund applicable. No credit given on delivery of freight i.e. cost of freight for delivery and return fo goods. A 40% handling fee will be charged and this amount deducted from the refund amount.
Goods returned after 3 month: No refund payable.
UNCOLLECTED GOODS POLICY
If goods are ordered but not collected the deposit paid will be refunded less a handling fee as follows:
Advised within 1 month of the date of order that the order is not required a handling fee of 10% of the deposit paid will be deducted from the refund.
Advised within 2 months of the date of order that the order is not required a handling fee of 20% of the deposit paid will be deducted from the refund.
Advised within 3 months of the date of order that the order is not required a handling fee of 40% of the deposit paid will be deducted from the refund.
Advised after 3 months of the date of the order that the order is not required - No refund of deposit payable.
